Chad Larsson
President – Founder

Chad Larsson has always had a passion for video games and esports. In 2012 he founded Pro Gaming League (PGL) which he played a pivotal role in taking PGL public in Oct 2016 (TSXV:GAME); to become the first publicly traded esports company in NA. Chad has well-established publisher and pro player relationships stemming from more than 10 years in the esports industry and has a proven ability to formulate and implement creative digital marketing and content strategy in line with business and client objectives.

David Fawcett

Mr. Fawcett is the founder of Epic and has 21 years of experience in Canadian capital markets, including 17 years managing money & several funds of differing strategies amassing an impressive track-record. Prior to founding Epic, Mr. Fawcett had worked for both Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and the Brendan Woods institutional survey as a nationally-ranked analyst. David is also registered as an Advising Representative and Dealing Representative with the OSC.

Sabrina Hao
CEO of Reciprocity Asia

Sabrina Hao is a seasoned global business development consultant, entrepreneur and investor with deep expertise in all aspects of bringing brands to market. Founder of Quartat Inc., a lifestyle management consultancy, and a former broadcast journalist for Omni TV, Sabrina is an experienced media personality who represents brands such as Porsche and The Room at Hudson’s Bay Company. Sabrina has a BSc in psychology from University of Toronto and certification in cross-cultural training consulting and international protocol from the Academy of London and the IVP in Switzerland. 

Kyle Elam
Operations Manager

Mr. Elam was previously a Halo pro player from 2006-2010 and has worked with various team orgs such as Team Liquid, Optic Gaming, Evil Geniuses and Str8 Rippin. Prior to joining Reciprocity, Kyle worked at ESL (Electronic Sports League) for two and half years in the capacity as a producer, talent management and personality host. 

Matthew Ninabar

Matthew Ninaber is a multi award-winning director for both commercial and narrative projects. Matt has traveled the world on documentary projects and produced creative, film and commercial projects for international audiences. He has become known for his visually compelling films and his enthusiasm for creating content that will inspire people to lead lives that are bigger than themselves.

Matt Nichol
Advisor & Professional Sport Consultant

Matt Nichol is a performance coach and the co-founder of Biosteel. For 7 years he was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and Sports Nutritionist for the Toronto Maple Leafs. He has consulted for teams in the NFL, NBA, CFL, KHL as well as for the Russian Olympic Committee.
He currently runs a private consulting business in Toronto helping a wide range of elite athletes and business leaders achieve new levels of personal success

Scott Kaplanis

Mr. Kaplanis has more than fourteen years of experience in Canadian capital markets. He joined Epic Capital in 2008 and became a partner in 2010. He currently sits on two corporate boards in the tech sector and is an advisor to The Funding Portal, which aids Canadian companies in securing government grants. Scott holds an HBA degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business, is a CFA Charterholder, and also is registered as an Advising & Dealing Representative with the OSC.

Martin Omes    Community Manager 

Martin Omes is an accomplished member of the esports community with over 10 years of experience working in various aspects of the competitive scene, through stage management, community promotion, and project management. He has worked with various titles such as Halo, Call of Duty, Super Smash Brothers, Injustice, and Hearthstone. Martin has a MEd from Cape Breton University, focusing on innovation, creativity, sustainability, and community growth in gaming. He also is a licensed goalkeeper soccer coach with Ontario Soccer, and is a mentor coach for many clubs in Ontario.
